Chairing of Meetings

The Chair and Co-chair of the meeting will be responsible for the conduct of the meeting.

They will assure that everyone wishing to speak has an opportunity to do so.

They will recognize speakers and give them the floor.

They will assure that speakers who have the floor are not interrupted.

They will ensure that speakers who have the floor restrict their presentation to the motion currently under discussion.

They will adjourn any meeting that becomes disorderly or fails to respect the dignity of those who choose to speak.
