Committees

To succeed, town hall meetings will need to be active between meetings. Committees will be the bridge between meetings.

The function of committees will be to generate motions that will become the agenda for the next town hall meeting.

Meaningful and articulate motions can not be generated without research and thought. A town hall meeting is unlikely to spontaneously generate quality motions.

The success of town hall meetings will be entirely dependent upon the between meeting work of committees.
