Submittal of Motions

Anyone may submit a motion for consideration by emailing the motion to

townhall@redpineinstruments.org

The motion will be put on the web site under the Notice of Motions heading.

It is the responsibility of the Chair and Co-chair of the upcoming meeting to select motions from among the notice of motions for inclusion on the upcoming meeting's agenda.

Every notice of motion will be required to be placed on a meeting agenda within 2 meetings of the time of its submittal.
