Preparation of next Meeting

Preparation for the next meeting is the responsibility of the Chair and Co-chair.

The Chair and Co-chair will place either motions that they generate or motions selected from the submitted notice of motions on the agenda.

When the Chair and Co-chair feel that the agenda has enough motions or the motions have sufficient urgency, they will convene a town hall meeting to consider the agenda.

As they generate the agenda, the Chair and Co-chair will submit the motions to the web site maintainer for inclusion on the web site under the Upcoming Meeting heading.
